At Epic Armoury, we want to ensure your gear fits perfectly for your next adventure, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items. Whether you need a different size or a different style, our process is designed to get you back in character as quickly as possible.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Print your prepaid shipping label, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
